We have used the services of Paul Koia ( All In 1 Handyman) for a range of projects on our house at Waihi Beach.
1. A repaint of the roof on this two storey house.
2. A range of interior and exterior repairs. A water leak within an interior wall required repair to an interior wall and a section of floor beneath. Finishing after the repairs included re-in statement of wallpaper to a section of wall, after a plaster repair. Flooring was also repaired by re-laying the existing vinyl floor tiles in a geometric pattern. The restoration of wall and floor finish was to an 'as new' condition.
3. A complete repaint of exterior of two storey dwelling, included decking surfaces.

All this work was completed to the budgeted price, in a timely manner and with a good quality of workmanship.
